Kelly Vosters

For the VAM project, Kelly Vosters provides research assistance conducting data analysis. This involves estimating teacher effectiveness using various statistical methods as well as comparing the effectiveness rankings of teachers across methods, among other things. Kelly has been a research assistant for the VAM project since September 2012.

Kelly is a fellow of the Economics of Education Predoctoral Training Program funded by the IES. As a doctoral student in economics, she is specializing in labor economics, with econometrics as a minor field.  She earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, and M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
